Poverty in England - How should the church respond?
Church Urban Fund Reception - The Kitchen, Greenbelt 5pm, Friday 26th August
If you're at Greenbelt this year, come along to CUF's sponsored venue "The Kitchen". We're hosting a reception about the Church Urban Fund at the start of the Festival (5pm on Friday night).
With spending cuts and a struggling economy, deprived communities are facing major problems. Come along to hear how Christians are stepping up to the challenge. An opportunity to meet and quiz Tim Bissett, CEO and Paul Hackwood, Chair of Church Urban Fund, as well as talk to other people interested in tackling poverty together over free wine and nibbles.
Entrance is free but for catering purposes, please can you book in.
